About The Beta Program

We are formally opening a Beta Tester Program with a small group of trusted customers to help finalize the platform ahead of general availability.

This program is designed to validate real-world operations in a live environment—ensuring that everyday workflows perform reliably across core business functions, including dispatch, financials, inventory, job costing, payroll, reporting, and sales. The focus is on stability, performance, and usability—not experimentation.

Total Service Cloud has already undergone extensive internal QA testing. This Beta phase is a controlled, guided collaboration intended to fine-tune the platform with experienced users who know the system and understand operational realities.
Participants will receive:

  • A clearly defined testing scope and timeline
  • Direct support and escalation paths
  • Transparent expectations for both teams
  • Full visibility into issue status, with all items acknowledged within 24 hours
  • Immediate escalation of critical blockers
  • Weekly Known Issues summaries to maintain clarity and momentum
